The applicant has submitted a pre application under the provisions of SB 330 to receive preliminary feedback from the community and Planning Commission. The project is a four (4) story residential condominium building with 12 units, including two moderate[1]income BMR units, and one level of ground level parking. The property is located in the CD/R3 zoning district (Commercial, Mixed-Use or Residential). The site area is 7,100 SF, and is currently used by an approximately 3,000 SF commercial building, which will be demolished.  Project Planner:  Gallegos
