707 Fremont Avenue – Wireless Telecommunications Facility Conditional Use Permit

On December 5, 2024, the Los Altos Planning Commission adopted a Resolution approving a Conditional Use Permit (Application No. CUP24-0001) to allow construction of an 80-foot-tall wireless telecommunications facility (“monopine”) and associated equipment and found that the project was categorically exempt from environmental review pursuant to Section 15303 (“New Construction or Conversion of Small Structures”) of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).
