Housing Relocation Plan
Pursuant to the State’s Housing Crisis Act of 2019, also known as Senate Bill 330, the displacement of protected tenants requires providing tenant relocation assistance. For more information, please visit the Housing Crisis Act of 2019 (SB 330).

4896 El Camino Real Project
The 4896 El Camino Real project (the “Project”) proposes the redevelopment of the project site, which currently includes a fast-food restaurant and a single-family home. The Developer has retained Revival Development Services, a professional firm, to provide relocation assistance to existing tenants. In accordance with state law, a Relocation Plan has been prepared by Developer, detailing the benefits and services available to the residential tenants on-site. Public comments are invited during the 30-day review period.
