Commercial and Multi-Family Design Review
Any project in an non-single-family district that includes exterior alterations, an addition, or new construction is subject to Design Review approval before a building permit can be issued.
A project that includes alterations or an addition of under 500 square feet is subject to Administrative Design Review. A project that includes new construction or an addition of more than 500 square feet is subject to Public Hearing Design Review.
