ENVIRONMENTAL DOCUMENTS

The City posts required materials under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) for projects where environmental review is conducted. The Santa Clara County-Clerk Recorder has an online search tool for documents posted in compliance with the CEQA Guidelines and NEPA Regulations, as well as the State Clearinghouse at CEQAnet.
