Currently, the city of Los Altos uses aHa! Consulting for RFPs and bids. You can access the current site here: bids.losaltosca.gov/. This site will be available until Tuesday, December 31, 2024.
Starting Wednesday, January 1, 2025, the city of Los Altos will transition to the PB System™ by PlanetBids for managing RFPs and bids. This fully automated, web-based system provides a streamlined process for vendors to access opportunities and submit proposals.

To participate in bidding opportunities, please visit the Los Altos Vendor Portal to register as a vendor.
Important Note:
Each agency using PlanetBids maintains its own vendor database and portal. If you are already registered with another agency using PlanetBids, you must create a new profile specifically for the city of Los Altos.
