Starting Wednesday, January 1, 2025, the City of Los Altos has transitioned to the PB System™ by PlanetBids for managing RFPs and bids. This fully automated, web-based system provides a streamlined process for vendors to access opportunities and submit proposals.

Important Note:
Each agency using PlanetBids maintains its own vendor database and portal. If you are already registered with another agency using PlanetBids, you must create a new profile specifically for the city of Los Altos.
