Employee Compliment Form

Send a compliment to the Los Altos Police Department. We would like to notify the employee as to whom is making the compliment. A record of this compliment will be placed into the employee's personnel file for the department's use. It always helps to have a name accompany the compliment. You may remain anonymous. However, any anonymous compliments cannot be placed into the employee's personnel file.
