The applicant has submitted a pre application and formal commercial/multi-family mixed-use project under the provisions of SB 330. The project is a three (3) story mixed-use development with commercial at the first story and 12 residential condominiums at the second and third story, and a rooftop deck.  The project includes two moderate income BMR units, and one level of ground level parking.  Project Planner:  Gallegos
