Project Description
Design Review and Subdivision application for a new three-story mixed-use building with 600 square feet of commercial space and two condominium units, and surface level parking. The project site is currently vacant and located on the west side of Acacia Avenue to the north of Sherwood Avenue.  The project was approved by the City Council on November 14, 2017.
