Project Description
A request for a tentative parcel map to subdivide a 26,708 square foot parcel at 705 Vista Grande Avenue into two lots.  The proposed subdivision would create a 12,166 square-foot corner lot, a 11,120 square-foot interior lot, and dedication of the street frontage along Springer Road.  A categorical exemption pursuant to Section 15315 (Class 15), Minor Land Divisions of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) guidelines will be considered.
