Project Description
Design Review and Tentative Subdivision for Condominium purposes for a proposed four-story multiple-family building consisting of 15 residential units and one level of underground parking with a mechanical parking lift system. The project site is currently developed with a one-story commercial building with a restaurant and is located on south side of First Street between Whitney Street and Lyell Street.
