Facility & Fleet Maintenance

Public Works maintains 168,000 square feet of buildings/facilities and provides basic lighting, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing facility maintenance for all City buildings. The department also monitors and evaluates all building and facility contract maintenance services.

Maintenance Services also provides automotive and equipment maintenance and repairs for 45 vehicles and 65 pieces of other equipment for Public Works and Community Development, as well as fleet facilitation for the Police Department's 26 patrol cars and other vehicles.
