CITY OF LOS ALTOS BELOW-MARKET-RATE (BMR) HOUSING PROGRAM

KNOW YOUR RIGHTS AS A CALIFORNIA TENANT

The City of Los Altos Housing Open House will be held Wednesday, March 12, from 4-6 PM at the Los Altos Community Center in the Manzanita Room (97 Hillview Avenue).

Please join the City’s Housing Manager to learn more about your rights as a California tenant. Information will be provided regarding displacement rights, rent-increase caps and resources for legal assistance to provide dispute resolution options.
