Rules & Information

How To Participate:

1. Register online by clicking here.
2. Drop off your creation at the Los Altos Community Center on either November 28, between 2 PM to 6 PM or Monday, November 29, between 9 AM to 4 PM. 
3. Visit the Exhibit!
4. Attend the Social/Ornament Making event on Saturday, December 11, between 10 AM and 4 PM. You're invited to come pick up your creation and decorate an ornament that will be displayed in the Los Altos Community Center! 

Creation Rules:

• All ingredients must be edible, including items used in a non-edible form such as dried pasta or beans.
• Sample structural ingredients include gingerbread, cookies, crackers, candies, or other edible materials.
• Tape, glue, or pins are prohibited. 

• All entries must be original work, must not violate or infringe another's rights such as privacy, publicity, and intellectual property rights, and may not include content which is offensive, violent, derogatory, sexually suggestive, obscene, defamatory, contain explicit language or imagery, or is otherwise unlawful or inappropriate for display. The entry must not promote bigotry, racism, hatred, or harm against any group or individual or promote discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age. All decisions regarding appropriateness of an entry are at the sole discretion of the City of Los Altos.
