City Council Asks for Community Input on Annual Priorities
The annual City Council Retreat will occur on Saturday, January 30, from 9AM to 4PM, where Council members will review priorities from the previous year and establish new priorities for 2021. During this meeting, Council members will set high-level priorities-covering various issues that impact the Los Altos community-while Staff creates the underlying work plans to accomplish these goals. At the beginning of the meeting, residents will have the opportunity to provide input on which issues they believe are critical in maintaining and building a better Los Altos. Additionally, residents have the chance to submit their concerns and insight before the meeting through the 2021 Priorities Survey.
The 2020 priorities were Land Use, Housing, Downtown Vision, Asset Management, Public Safety, Roadway Safety, Environment, and Community Engagement; residents can view current progress on the Council Priorities page.
