Main Library Parking Lot

The goal of the Library Parking Lot project is to improve the traffic flow and increase parking at the Library. The project includes the installation of ADA compliant curb ramps, signage and striping. Also included in this project is the installation of curb and gutter, permeable pavers, and landscaping and utility relocation work.

Anticipated Traffic Impacts

Vehicular traffic flow in and out of the Library Parking Lot off San Antonio Road will be maintained; however, drivers should expect some delays and reduced parking while work is completed. The parking spaces nearest to the entryway on San Antonio Road will be closed off with orange fencing – this is where much of the work will take place and where construction materials will be stored. Construction signage will be in place to direct traffic accordingly. This project is expected to be completed within 30 days.
