A sound fats, oil and grease (FOG) program is critical to the operation of a sewer system. This project provides funding for inspections and follow-up and to educate food service facilities on best management practices to prevent sewer back-ups resulting from FOG being deposited into drains and ultimately to the sewage collection system.
