Currently, the city of Los Altos uses aHa! Consulting for RFPs and bids. This prior site closed on December 31, 2024.
Starting Wednesday, January 1, 2025, the city of Los Altos will transition to the PB System™ by PlanetBids for managing RFPs and bids. This fully automated, web-based system provides a streamlined process for vendors to access opportunities and submit proposals.

Important Note:
Each agency using PlanetBids maintains its own vendor database and portal. If you are already registered with another agency using PlanetBids, you must create a new profile specifically for the city of Los Altos.
