City Email Server Has Been Repaired

The City's email server has been repaired as of 10:50 p.m., Wednesday, August 5, 2015.

ORIGINAL MESSAGE

The City of Los Altos email server went down at approximately 11:00 a.m. today, Wednesday, August 5, 2015. Emails sent to City employees within the last couple of days may have been lost. If you recently sent City staff an email and have not received a response, please follow-up with a phone call. To view the City's Staff Directory, click here.

IT is currently working on restoring the system. There is currently no ETA as to when the issue will be resolved. An update will be posted on this webpage when the server is restored.
