Request for a conditional use permit to allow the renovation of a pre-existing community facility, an existing potable water pump station, by replacing an existing hydro-pneumatic tank with a new and similar sized hydro-pneumatic tank at 887 Highlands Circle (APN: 342-11-217). No other improvements are proposed for the site.
