The 2013 Sanitary Sewer Master Plan Update recommended replacement of segments of pipes at various locations throughout the City that typically have multiple moderate-to-severe structural defects. Defects in these segments include sags, which can be repaired using trenchless or open cut methods. The areas selected for replacement were identified in closed circuit video inspections . This project has multiple phases to repair these segments. The first project was began in FY2013/14.
