Community Center Cost

The City of Los Altos is committed to providing our residents with a new community center for the lowest possible cost. Our budget for the entire project is $38,335,400, which includes a contingency for unexpected costs. We have spent a total of $3,885,071 of that budget so far; most of these costs are soft costs. Our only change order was an internal transfer for the relocation of the Recreation Staff.
