Presented by; Anne Madrid, who is a 24-year veteran of the Hayward Police Department. She spent most of her career specializing in the investigation of financial crimes and identity theft. In 2010 Anne partnered with cyber security expert Neal O’Farrell to create the Identity Theft Council (ITC), a grassroots nonprofit organization, which partnered with law enforcement, the financial industry, and volunteers in local communities to provide hands-on support to victims of identity theft free of charge.
