The City is currently developing permit-ready plans for Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs), which will help property owners reduce the cost and time associated with constructing an ADU. These schematic plans include three different unit sizes in three architectural styles.
The City is inviting community members to review and provide feedback on the ADU schematic plans at a meeting on Wednesday, February 21, at 5:30 PM, at the Los Altos Community Center Sequoia Room.
