Project Description

D22-0005 - Windy Hill Property Ventures – 95 First Street
The project is for the construction of a 4-story mixed use building (approximately 51’ 8” in height) with 53, 337sf of commercial office space and 15 residential rental units, and two levels of below grade parking, and frontage improvements along First Street and Shasta Street. The first three stories contain all office uses and the 4th story includes 15 residential rental units (nine studios, five 1-bedroom units and one 2-bedroom unit). The project is located on an approximately 22,424 sq. ft. (0.51 acres) parcel at the northeast corner of Shasta St. and 1st Street. The project would include 3 Below Market Rate units (20% Very Low income) and is requesting the use of State Density Bonus concessions and waivers.  Project Planner:  Golden
