Los Altos City Manager Recruitment
The Los Altos City Council recently launched a nationwide search for a new City Manager and want our community’s opinions.
The Council has partnered with Ralph Anderson and Associates, to create and distribute a survey among the community. The City Council members want to ensure that their decision is not made in a bubble, but rather with the help of the community at large. These responses will be used by the Council to shape the recruitment process and as a guiding light for what qualities the Los Altos City Manager should carry.
Residents are encouraged to take the survey online. We are offering physical copies for those residents that don’t have access to the internet. This survey will gauge residents about what issues they think are the biggest issues for Los Altos, what qualities they are looking for in a City Manager, and many more.
